Biya VTC is a vocational training center  specifically  targetted at working children in their teens (rag-pickers, street vendors, Kalashi, beggers...) who can not be brought back into the standard educational system. Youths  are trained into different vocational traning (mechanic, carpentry, gardenning, etc...) for a period of 9-12 months, and further helped into a professional - income generating - activity.

Biya VTC has its own mechanic workshop, called BMW (Biya Mechanic Workshop). This workshop provides the street youths with multiple activities such as survival skills strategies, board game and therapies for the social and mental development of the children. It also carries out a mechanic training with an intention to socialize and rehabilitate the street children gradually. It also conducts social community programmes to help the street children socially integrate within the community.
